Our main focus is to connect with each other in regard to this

seizure disorder on a personal and (or) professional level in and out

of our group. Our goal is to share with one another, to learn from

one another, to not fight this disorder alone, and to unite as a

growing team. We advocate for each other in the progress. We keep a positive focus on hope, commitment, our well-being, coping methods, barriers, strengths, and our experiences

while having a respectful mindset. We

challenge ourselves and others every day on staying educated

about Epilepsy in and out of the group.
